Demonstrations and Brawls of Student

       As we know that, recently, we can see phenomenon in Indonesia about student demonstrations or student brawls. This is made us to ask about why they did it? How about democratic opinion in Indonesia?. Actually, not only in Indonesia but also other countries. Many things that cause it happened, such as government failed to carry out the mandate of the society, government policies that are inconsistent with the public, weak law, especially for student cannot to change tradition of student brawls and lack of awareness of students in social and religious values. Seeing this condition, every people has ability to give more attention and participation in maintaining security and convenience in society. Nevertheless, government has to able to make stability and prosperity in country without making issue which resulted in the emergence of anarchy and destruction. Now, we have to obligation to make everything well and fine. 

       Nowadays, the news about student demonstrations still broadcast in television or newspaper, not only in domestic but also in foreign. Last time, we still remember in our mind about increasing in fuel oil in Indonesia which we can see demonstration happened in some areas in Indonesia. The result, many infrastructure are destroyed by demonstrator, number of injured victims, cessation of learning process, traffic jam, and many others. The government has to be more sensitive to solve this problems. Many ways to solve and to give solution how to decrease the demonstration point, they are (1) the government provide a chance to deliver the aspirations of the community and to receive their aspirations. (2) a democracy to give freedom of speech. (3) Training to build good character of student such as leaderships, nationality, religious, and many others. (4) increasing stability and law. However, the government and the society have to cooperate with each other to create peacefulness and prosperity. It will help to cut down demonstration in society. 

       In other hand, we will see about student brawls which is quite apprehensive. Sometime, we appear the question  how the student get lesson about attitude and ethics. Actually, they get lesson about it, but they prefer to choose friendship and satisfaction to prove their group if one of them can make the opponent hurt. The case to prove if student brawls is about vengeance to opposite their school and usually the student bring a sharp weapon in the fight. Some of elements of society give service to student to help them getting good behaviour in society. Many ways to invite student to be better, such as every family gives more attention and affection to their children, safekeeping in or out of school, instilling values of good faith, giving punishment and rehabilitation to student, and transferring talents and interests student. However, promiscuity influence the attitude of the student which give bad effect to the student. Good family and good relationship can make student more feel comfortable in their life. So, do not make them feel alone but accompanied them to get more information about what they need. We will get good youth if we can give imitate to student about good attitude and try to erase tradition brawl in conflict school.

       To sum up, the occasion remain us about needed to get peacefulness, prosperity, stability and freedom to speech into society life. It can decrease the point of crime, demonstration and brawl. We just need how to solve and good idea to change paradigm of the public about student. To accompany and encourage them to keep away from bad deeds.

The Derivative Way of DNA's Character

       Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) or gene is the genetic material that determines the nature of living things in a way to synthesize protein. In here, we know that  DNA is the genetic material that carries genetic information from one cell to other cell and from one generation to the next generation. Moreover, DNA is chemical compound which composed of sugars, phosphates, nitrogen bases. For each DNA of sugars and phosphates molecules is arranged the same, but different nitrogenous bases. Sequence of nitrogen bases that make up DNA to distinguish DNA from other. So, the genetic information contained in the DNA depends on the sequence of nitrogen bases are arranged. The genetic information contained in the from of DNA that code complied by three or four nitrogen bases that exist.

    Then, delivery of the genetic code (protein synthesis) begins with the transcription of DNA into molecules of RNA (Ribonucleic acid) molecules. In the process of transcription, the enzyme polymerase to synthesizes RNA molecules. RNA molecules are synthesized from the DNA molecule serve as a carrier of genetic information are called messenger RNA (mRNA). Furthermore, mRNA was translated (translation) into a series of amino acids which then form proteins. Some of these proteins function of various body tissues, such as muscle, skin, hair, etc. While some of others are enzymatic proteins that play a role in the process anabolism and catabolism.

    On other hand, Kazuo Murakami, Ph.D from Japan said that DNA in each of our cell it is same. All of it consists of about 3-5 billion genetic codes. In other words, hair genes similar to genes of bone. Although, the shape and function of DNA is different but the same constituent. All that happens, because the genetic order is in the cell nucleus that is very smart ordered to share the work, there are cells that form the bone tissue, brain tissue, heart, lungs, until the network toenails. So, genes on the part of the body are the same in accordance with the order to produce chemical substances in accordance with the need to establish certain parts of the human body.

    In conclusion, the genetic information contained in the DNA depends on the sequence of nitrogen bases are arranged and DNA in the cell are the same only different in the form and function of cells or tissue to distinguish what would be in the form.

PENEMUAN “KAPAL DAN PATUNG KEPALA WANITA”

Benda-benda yang ditemukan sekitar perahu

      Desa Punjulharjo, Rembang, Jawa Tengah  pada hari sabtu pagi tanggal 26 juli 2008 jam 07.30 telah menemukan bukti sejarah kebesaran bangsa Indonesia yang dikenal sebagai tempat pelabuhan para saudagar yang dikenal sejak lama. Dimulai dari seorang warga yang bernama Mulyadi, bersama 4 teman lainnya (Sudirman, Masrikan, Ahmad Sulkan dan Taifur Rohman), Mulyadi pada jum’at malam tidur setelah sholat tahajud dan bermimpi melihat ada sebuah sinar biru terang sebesar kendil yang berada disebelah barat rumahnya. Dipagi harinya dia mencoba mencarinya di pinggir laut tidak menemukannya, lalu pulang untuk sarapan pagi. Kemudian dia diajak bekerja menggali tanah urug milik bapak H Masykuri, seorang tokoh masyarakat yang cukup disegani di Desa Punjulharjo ini. Tanah urug tersebut dijual pemiliknya untuk keperluan hendak dipakai sebagai tambak. Tanah tersebut sebenarnya mulai digali untuk keperluan urug sejak awal bulan februari tahun 2005 yang lalu. Luas tanah yang akan dijadikan tambak tersebut kira-kira 5 hektar.

  Lain halnya dengan temannya Sulkan yang pada malam harinya setelah sholat tahajud juga bermimpi ada perahu dari laut yang jatuh disekitar daerah tersebut. Sedang temannya yang bernama Masrikan ketika mulai bekerja dengan menancapkan sekop ke tanah memberikan semangat kepada Mulyadi : “Kalau kerja macul yang semangat dan sehat gitu lho”. Lain halnya dengan Sudirman, saat macul bercanda : Pak Mul, saya ingin buat rumah tapi saya tidak punya tanah, lalu dijawab Mulyadi : Nanti saya sampaikan Pak Bayan agar bisa pakai tanahnya saja. Lalu berkata : Pak kalau ada harta karunnya, tidak  saya bagi-bagikan tetapi akan saya gunakan untuk membuat rumah dulu baru saya bagi-bagikan, tetap dapat kekayaan besar Pak Mul”. 

     Lain lagi firasat yang pernah diterima Kepala Desa Puljulharjo Drs H Nursalim, sebelumnya ada isyarat bahwa “Dilokasi itu nampak dengan jelas menjadi tempat wisata yang ada kolam renangnya”, yang juga bercita-cita bersama seluruh warga masyarakatnya untuk menjadikan desanya “BERKAH” Bersih, Elok, Rapi, Kerjakeras, Aman dan Harmonis. 

          Barangkali ada benarnya, jika saat ini Desa Punjulharjo menjadi tujuan masyarakat disekitarnya untuk melihat dari dekat atas ditemukannya kapal kuno tersebut. Selain itu juga atas usaha kesungguhan Kepala Desa yang setiap kali memasuki Desanya dari bepergian selalu menyempatkan berdo’a seperti para jama’ah haji saat berdo’a ketika tiba dijedah “Allahumma inna nas’aluka khoiro hadzihil qoryah, wa khoiro ahliha wa khoiro ma fiha, wa a’udzu bika min syarriha wa syarri ahliha wa syarri ma fiiha” artinya : “Ya Allah, aku memohon kepadamu kebaikan Desa ini, kebaikan penghuninya dan apa saja yang ada didalamnya, serta aku mohon perlindungan dari kejahatan desa ini, kejahatan penguni dan apa saja yang ada didalamnya”.

          Menurut perkiraan Tim Balai Arkeologi berdasarkan kajian geologis yaitu dengan memperhatikan posisi garis pantai utara Pula Jawa, saat ini garis pantai berada kira-kira 1 Km di utara lokasi temuan perahu. Pada saat perahu terdampar, dapat dipastikan bahwa lokasi tersebut masih berupa laut atau tepian pantai. Satu hal yang akan dipertimbangkan dalam kaitannya dengan kapan perahu tersebut terdampar dan karam di Desa Punjulharjo yaitu waktu pergeseran garis pantai utara Jawa tersebut.           

          Berapa meter pergeseran untuk setiap tahunnya, akan dapat dihitung dengan jarak antara posisi perahu dan garis pantai saat ini. Sebagai contoh, apabila pergeseran terjadi 1 meter untuk setiap tahunnya, maka dapat ditentukan bahwa perahu tersebut terdampar kira-kira 1000 tahun sebelum sekarang  atau 1000 tahun BP (Before Present).

          Dalam kegiatan ini dapat kami laporkan bahwa berdasarkan dari bentuk perahu dapat diperkirakan bahwa perahu tersebut merupakan perahu tradisional dari wilayah Nusantara, dan bukan jenis perahu yang berasal dari negara Cina. Hal ini diperkuat dengan bahan kayu yang digunakan, sekilas mirip dengan jenis kayu ulin yang banyak ditemukan di Pulau Kalimantan. Apabila prakiraan di atas benar, maka perahu yang ditemukan di kawasan tambak garam di Desa Punjulharjo, Kabupaten Rembang ini kemungkinan besar berasal dari wilayah Kalimantan. Pertanyaan berikutnya ialah Kalimantan bagian mana?

          Setelah mengetahui kondisi temuan perahu dan animo masyarakat yang tinggi untuk mengetahui dari dekat temuan yang menggemparkan penduduk Desa Punjulharjo dan sekitarnya tersebut, maka kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam penjajagan kali ini antara lain : 

1. Menampakkan bagian dalam perahu yang masih tertutup pasir dan lumpur. Kegiatan ini selain untuk menampakkan struktur perahu seperti gading dan lunas, juga akan diketahui bentuk perahu secara keseluruhan. Sehingga masyarakat yang berduyun-duyun mengunjungi untuk melihat temuan tersebut dapat menikmati atau melihat lebih jelas.

2. Pengupasan tanah dan pasir dari dalam perahu yang dilakukan oleh tim dari Balai Penelitian Arkeologi dan Balai Pelestarian Peninggalan Purbakala dibantu oleh para penemu yang disaksikan oleh masyarakat yang mengunjungi dan melihat dari dekat akan dapat memberikan informasi langsung tentang jenis artefak yang ditemukan. Dengan demikian kabar burung tentang temuan isi perahu yang dikabarkan berlebihan dapat diluruskan. Sehingga temuan perahu ini tidak akan mendatangkan fitnah untuk hari-hari mendatang. 

  Saat ini karena dimungkinkan masih ada temuan lain yang perlu digali maka dilakukan koordinasi pengamanan Hansip Desa Punjulharjo dengan instansi pemerintah Kabupaten Rembang untuk penyelamatan asset daerah/pemerintah dalam menelusuri jejak sejarah masa lalu yang bisa dijadikan rujukan untuk membangun kekuatan nasionalisme bangsa Indonesia yang perlu digali dan dikaji, khususnya situs disekitar kawasan ditemukannya benda-benda tersebut. Tidak bisa dipungkiri, penemuan baru ini bisa menjadi barang bukti peninggalan masa lalu yang menunjukkan jika benar barang-barang tersebut adalah pada masa majapahit, maka semakin memperkuat negeri ini sebenarnya telah memiliki kekuatan yang besar dan cukup diperhitungkan pada masa lalu dalam membangun peradaban bangsa.

Example : hand's rough and thick

          ‘Kapalen’ is from Javanese language what famous with hand’s rough and thick. Usually, ‘kapalen’ is in hand but it can find in part of the body’s particular such as forehead, ankle, elbow, sole of foot, and knee. According to research said that causing of ‘kapalen’ is hard work and really to do working, and the activity is done by going the whole hog. So, make part of the body’s particular becomes thick and rough. As we know that the owner of hand’s rough and thick usually ashamed to shake hand with other people because their hand is rough and making sign if the owner of hand’s rough and thick is hard worker such as farmer, laborer, and many other that connecting to friction between hand’s palm and hard thing. Usually, ‘kapalen’ shows to grade’s social from low society. But, the owner of ‘kapalen’ does not sad because it is normally and many people become ‘kapalen’. However, there is philosophy and admonition about ‘kapalen’.  

      Especially a woman, they care about performance and do anything to give good perform. By technology, many ways to make our performance is good. We know that ‘kapalen’ to make our perform is not good. So, they need something to make good perform. We can find cream and innovation to make our skin soft such as glove, softening cream, and the other. Moreover, ‘kapalen’ in medical is called by clavus, it is process of thickening from skin layer as resulting of continuous stimulation. Sometimes, clavus cause pain until needed small surgical operation to throw away it. We know that if ‘kapalen’ does not occur in any part of body but certain body. It shows that the people who is ‘kapalen’ include into hard worker and seriousness from someone efforts in every kind of job. We can get lessons that ‘kapalen’ shows how to work and effort to get something such as job, study, and many others because nothing instant to get success. On other hand, ‘kapalen’ teaches us to build our principle to face life for example, in corruption, if we have thick faith, we can avoid corruption. So, ‘kapalen’ what is thick and rough indicate force and strong. This is example and philosophy to describe strong attitudes to against crime in life. We should be not shy if we have hand’s thick and rough because it is phenomenon normally. The important thing is we can get lessons of philosophy of ‘kapalen’ without ignore effect medical of ‘kapalen’.

       In other hand, we find ‘kapalen’ in forehead and make us asking why they can get ‘kapalen’ in forehead. As we know that average of the Muslim community has sign black in forehead because they always to pray and sujud. Sujud is form bowing from kneeling position so that forehead touches floor when they do pray and shows someone’s faith is strong. We should be not shy to show ‘kapalen’ in forehead as admonition to do not make themselves arrogant and more down to earth. It can be figure and model around them to be good person as character of Muslim. And we can get other admonition that ‘kapalen’ teaches us to be not shy to do good thing and exhibit our identity. We know that ‘kapalen’ makes anyone ashamed to shake hand with the other. Because they are afraid if their identity as hard worker is known by others but such attitudes should not do, vice versa we have to proud with ‘kapalen’ specially today, most difficult to find who has hand’s rough n thick. So, do not be shy and courage to show our identity.

      To sum up, ‘kapalen’ in medical is called by clavus but we can get lesson and admonition from ‘kapalen’. ‘Kapalen’ teaches us to be good person with keeping our principle and faith to against something that is not good such as bribery, corruption and other crime. So, do not be shy to say no to something that is not good and we can show our identity who we are.

Sex Education

           Sex education is very important to children. If children have less sex education or never get it because of this era modernization. So, they do not think effect of sex education. Sex education is very important for children to learn about sex and the danger of it if they do not understand about sex education.

      Sex education which is sometime called sexuality education or sex and relationships education is the process of acquiring information and forming attitudes and beliefs about sex, sexual identity, relationships, intimacy. Children can get information first from their family or in the schools or health care provides offer sex education. Sex education aims to reduce the risks of potentially negative out comes from sexual behavior, such as unwanted and unplanned pregnancies and infection with sexually transmitted disease including HIV, AIDS, free sex, sex under marriage, abortion, and suicide.

          On other hand, sex education never give good effect because children have curiosity to do something after they see. So, sex education that works start early, before young people get puberty. Explaining about information sex education should be provided depends on the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of the youth. Sometimes, they get information about sex education through media including advertising, television, and magazines. So, every parent in the world knows and correct any information what the children get from it to prevent what the parent do not want happen their children.

         In conclusion, Sex education is very important to give for youth, so that, the youth do not something which forbid from society and religion. Then, sex education is very effective to help, safe, and enjoy their sexuality.

The Development of Child’s Character

The development of fetus in the womb

       Understanding human’s behavior is needed by aid from some of knowledge such as physiological, sociology and psychology. Physiological can help to understand about teaching of human’s behavior which studying about special character from organs and cells in body. Then, sociology study about form of behavior and human actions to focus on society and group social as one unit and seeing personal as part of group society (family, group social, relatives, clan, ethnic, raps, and nation). Finally, psychology give position between physiological and sociology which is individual in charge by all of activity, actions, behavior and working in their life. As we know that human behavior passed down from parent to child. When infant in uterus, development infant is influenced by nutrition and condition of mother. If both of them are good, infant will be good and vice verse. In experiment of scientists said that several diseases can derive to infant or child from their parent such as diabetes mellitus, high pressure blood, and blood abnormal. On other hand, child’s IQ (intelligence quotient) is affected by IQ of their parent. So, parent’s attitude especially mother can influence her infant in uterus.

       During pregnant mother, mental state and emotional can be affected to infant in uterus. This effect can stay long time or for while depending on how can influence the infant. We know that parents give suggestion to women pregnant to do good activity such as praying, listening to music, clean up the body, good attitude because they believe that it can influence personality and character her baby. Until the children grow up, parent ought to give the best to the children and always give guidance and serenity for their life. the children always imitate what their parent do such as if parent solve problem with calmness, it can make their children impressing about that. We know that the children who live in good family, they can be mature than the children who live in broken family.

       On other hand, behavior’s children or infant is influenced by genetic. Beben said that not only genetic factor affect the behavior of certain but also step to identify genes what influence it. In addition, children’s attitude is also influenced by arrangement of DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid). But environment can affect child’s attitude such as when child life in good society, they can live with good attitude and vice verse. So, behavioral research is influenced by the environment but is also influenced by genetic factors. Beben explain too, for measure genetic factor affect a character, which geneticist use heritability concept which a scale to estimate variations or differences between individuals in a particular trait is influenced by genetic factors. In this case show that heredity is almost as important with factor environment to affect all of human’s characteristic. So, factor genetic affect to build character of children too.

       To sum up, during pregnant mother can influence development of infant’s attitude until they growth up child. As parent, we have to responsibility to give guidance and serenity for their life without making them are forced to do the best. We know that character of parent can properties down to child. So. During pregnant, pregnant women ought to do the best because infant can imitate what her mother done since pregnancy.
